We are looking for a skilled and motivated Security, Access Control, and CCTV Technician to join our team. This role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of security systems for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and maintain Access Control, CCTV, and Security Systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in security and access control systems. Conduct testing to ensure proper installation and system functionality. Perform servicing and maintenance on existing security systems. Support project supervisors in scoping, pricing, and planning projects. Manage resources and time efficiently while upholding the company’s high-quality standards. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company protocols. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in Access Control, CCTV, and Security Systems installations. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Networking or programming experience would be an advantage. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Experience with security systems such as Integrity, Tecom, Paradox, Honeywell, Dahua, Hikvision, DSC, Bosch, Protégé, Milestone, Avigilon, and IP camera networking is highly desirable. Data cabling experience is an advantage. Site Safe certification is beneficial (we can assist in obtaining this). A full driver’s license is required.
