Working closely with clients and stakeholders, the team provides considered, sustainable solutions from concept through to completion. They excel in delivering projects across sectors such as education, retail, civic, aviation, healthcare, and commercial.
Role
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met
Oversee design development, producing and reviewing drawings, models, and specifications.
Mentor, supervise, and support junior architects, designers, and technicians
Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to align design intent with practical requirements
Contribute to strategic planning and business development, including proposals, presentations, and client relationships
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout all project stages
Assist in shaping the studio culture, processes, and workflows, fostering teamwork and professional growth
Track project performance, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, reporting to leadership as required
Requirements
This is an opportunity for an Senior Architect / Associate and above who is looking for progression - leading your own projects, mentoring juniors and a consistent flow of work
Experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale complex projects
Expertise in Revit, along with a solid understanding of the NZ Building Code
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
