About the role
Reporting to the Head of Decision Support, we are looking for a proven business partner with strong analytical skills who can use their critical thinking ability and strong commercial acumen to guide, influence, challenge and proactively inform key business decisions that support both the Southern Cross leadership team and their senior leadership teams.
This is a 12-month parental leave contract, with 1 direct report.
The Senior Finance & Analytics Partner supports the planning process for members, premiums and claims and supports the commercial decisions that enable Southern Cross Health Society to achieve strategic objectives.
You are an energetic, passionate and curious individual with a thirst for knowledge and growth. Ideally you will also have:
A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline, , finance, accounting, actuarial, economics, statistics, mathematics.
Previous experience in a business partner and analytics role essential, pricing experience beneficial.
A proven leader who has advanced communication skills and the ability to translate financial concepts across all levels of the business.
People management experience preferred.
The ability to build strong, trusted relationships with your business stakeholders and team.
