Join our team at a renowned 5-star boutique lodge as a Senior Waitstaff at On the Point – Lake Rotorua 214 Kawaha Point Road, Rotorua. We are seeking someone with a deep appreciation for fine dining, a wide knowledge of wines both international and domestic, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Senior Waitstaff at our lodge, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and host our local and international visitors. Our restaurant, located in the beautiful Rotorua destination, provides a unique dining experience where quality and elegance take centre stage.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of wines, both local and international, to enhance the dining experience
Maintaining a polished and professional appearance at all times
Hosting and guiding guests through their dining experience, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
Requirements:
Duty Manager license to oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant during shifts, an advantage but not a requirement as it can be obtained on the job.
Previous experience in a fine dining environment, preferably in a senior waitstaff role
Familiarity with the Rotorua Destination, allowing you to share insights and recommendations with our international guests, is an advantage but not a requirement.
