A current first aid certificate, bar manager's license, and experience in staff management would be beneficial. However, full training will be provided. As a shift supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the complex while on shift. An ideal candidate will be at least 25 years old and have the ability to: Monitor and maintain a high level of health and safety. Positively manage junior staff and build professional relationships with colleagues. Deliver a positive experience to our customers. Assist in maintaining a high level of cleanliness to our complex. Must be able to work weekends and nights. Shifts vary from 4 hours to 8.5 hours between 8:30am and 8:30pm. Demonstrate personal organization to ensure work commitments are prioritized and honored. Communicate openly and honestly. We pride ourselves on a positive, respectful team culture and do our best to be flexible to ensure people are able to fulfill work and out of work commitments.
