Working on some of the most exciting projects in Hawkes Bay with more coming on stream, we now are experiencing a period of Rapid Growth and so need a Site Manager to join us now to help lead our teams to the next level!.Qualifications & experiencePrevious experience in a similar roleExperience on commercial projectsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely varying communication style dependent on audienceAbility to apply knowledge in a practical commercial mannerExcellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, internally and externallyTeamwork - willingness to assist and support others as requiredTime management/organisation - accomplish objectives effectively within given timeframesLBPTasks & responsibilitiesDelegation of tasks to workersCoordinate workers through projectsOverall management of sites in conjunction with project managerEnsure all materials, supplies, tools and equipment are procured in a time efficient mannerMonitor daily construction procedures to ensure proper quality is maintainedCreate and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliersComply with Work, Health and Safety regulations, actively promoting positive H&S behaviours throughout the team.
