Project Details
- The project is a $30 M build comprising 68 hotel rooms, 9 apartments, retail spaces, and a conference room.
- It involves staged demolition of an existing heritage building, structural steel, comflor, façade system with heritage façade interface.
- Expected duration is approximately 20 months.
Candidate Profile
Looking for a trade-qualified site manager with 8+ years of experience, preferably with a carpentry background. Experience in hotel or apartment projects is ideal. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and trades, cost control, organizing materials, equipment, access, and ensuring OSH compliance. Strong fit-out and services coordination skills, along with passive fire knowledge, are essential.
