Reporting into the construction manager, you will be managing day-to-day operations with regular updates and interaction from/with site supervisors, sub-contractors, and other consultants. You will be proactively monitoring the programme and reporting feedback. There will also be a strong emphasis on OSH and compliance. Key success factors for this role require:8 - 10 + years’ experience in site managing a mix of medium-sized projects between $10 M - $30 M, including concrete and steel. Strong organisational skills being able to drive sub-contractors and program. Able to work with competent construction software systems, especially Procore. Ability to problem solve and resolve day-to-day issues and sudden changes to the program. Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
