We’re looking for the right person who can get us the right result as our Taranaki based Site Supervisor. This is a critical role for the success of our operations, where you’ll draw on previous experience to ensure projects are managed to a high standard.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SITE SUPERVISOR WHO HOLDS:
Three to five years site supervision experience within the civil sector.
Competence in the efficient coordination of civil projects.
Ability to proactively and positively lead, train and support a team.
A strong understanding of and commitment to health and safety.
Ability to pass Mo J and pre-employment and random drug tests.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Attending to the daily management, training, and support of site-based teams.
Providing quality Client liaison.
Ensuring the effective coordination of site projects from start to finish.
Understanding the contract's scope and advising estimators/contract managers of variations.
Reading construction drawings and specifications to ensure that projects are built to design.
Raising technical questions with engineers, clients, or other members of the team.
Organising subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.
Facilitating and documenting daily prestart meetings, weekly toolbox meetings, weekly site inspections, and JSEAs.
Completing site documentation including pre-starts, toolbox meeting minutes, supervisors’ daily reports, weekly planners, timesheets, and quality assurance documentation.
Ensuring daily plant checks are undertaken.
Arranging and undertaking quality assurance testing as required.
Undertaking all works alongside the site team.
