The Role: We are looking for a skilled Solicitor with expertise in property and conveyancing law to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. You will provide high-quality legal advice and services, ensuring seamless property transactions and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct due diligence and provide expert advice on property matters
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage client relationships and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current New Zealand practising certificate
- 2+ years of experience in property and conveyancing law
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand property law and conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A team player with a proactive and client-focused approach
