Staff Nurse / 36 Hour Variable Rotation / Divisional Critical Care Float Pool ICU

Responsibilities:
- Providing care for patients in the Divisional Critical Care Resource Pool.
- Covering long-term assignments in critical care areas, including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU, and Coronary Care Unit.
- Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- Experience:
- 1 year of med/surg experience required.
- Critical Care experience preferred.
- Interest in being cross-trained over time to cover long-term assignments in critical care areas, including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU, and Coronary Care Unit, is desirable.
- Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in specialty areas is encouraged.
- Able to work weekend rotations per the MNA contract.
