WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll primarily be the smiling face that leads our teams in serving and selling to customers within our fantastic Spark Pukekohe Store.
As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading the Home Base in the delivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen).
Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture.
Working to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools).
Able to represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do.
Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback.
Supporting and driving Spark's Unified Frontline vision and purpose.
