The Role:
Responsible for all daily business operations including organising, planning, and implementing a strategy to increase sales. You will be responsible for leading a team of 12x and conducting staff training, managing inventory, driving KPIs, and ensuring your team provides exceptional customer service at all times to drive performance. Westgate location.

Skills and Attributes required:

Minimum of 1-year experience in a Store Managers position - apparel or footwear experience preferred

Ability to maintain stock levels through persistent stock management

Enthusiastic, motivational, and hard-working personality

Effective communication skills - written & verbal

Premium customer service skills with high standards in presentation

Experienced in working with KPIs with a great understanding of how these drive sales

Goal-orientated, ambitious
