In this role, you will oversee flood modelling, drainage design, WSUD integration, and multidisciplinary coordination to deliver resilient, sustainable, and compliant outcomes.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead hydrological assessments and hydraulic modelling for complex infrastructure projects* Develop stormwater management plans, drainage designs, and water quality solutions* Oversee modelling using TUFLOW, MIKE, DRAINS, HEC‐RAS, or equivalent industry software* Provide discipline governance, technical assurance, and quality oversight* Collaborate effectively with environmental, civil, structural, and geotechnical teams to ensure integrated design outcomes**Required Skills and Competencies*** Strong background in hydrology and hydraulics, ideally gained on major transport or development projects* Advanced capability in hydrological and hydraulic modelling tools and methodologies* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills* Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including non‐technical stakeholders*As a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
