May 2026 – March 2027. You will be working
Sunday to Thursday , 40 hours per week. In this role you get to see the best and the worst. It is a rewarding, fulfilling, and essential role, as well as demanding, heartbreaking and physical. It takes a special kind of person to do this role but what you get back can really fill your cup. You will attend cruelty complaints alongside Animal Welfare Inspectors to provide safety and animal handling support. You will drive education and awareness of responsible pet ownership and animal welfare and you will assist with administration including Shelter Buddy updates, processing of animals, data entry, transcribing and letter writing. ABOUT YOU You’re an animal advocate, you are passionate about animal welfare, care and education.
