In this rewarding and challenging role, you will be responsible for supporting Pharmac as a whole by assuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Calendar management to travel, meeting minutes to event organisation, tech trouble-shooting to front desk support, this role is a smorgasbord of activities. Ma wai te mahi nei? | Who are we looking for?Pharmac is looking for an Admin Wizard. Someone who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines but can still take a moment to ask "How can I help?"Our ideal candidate would have: Proven experience prioritising multiple tasks successfully An understanding of meeting etiquette, from setting agendas to taking minutes Talents in calendar management An ability to work with a range of managers with different communication styles. The role has a level of autonomy and applicants will need to be self-driven to manage time-pressured work but also need to work as part of a team. You will be part of the Business Services team that support you to learn and succeed in our fast paced and dynamic workplace. As part of the application process, you will be asked a series of questions, we encourage you to put your best foot forward as well will be assessing applications based on the questions asked.
