Overview We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Dispensary Team Lead to provide leadership across our Dispensary operation at Danone Nutricia Balclutha.
This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient and compliant dispensing operations that support production performance — with a strong focus on stock accuracy, material availability, standardised ways of working and continuous improvement.
You'll lead a team of Dispensary Technicians, build capability through training and coaching, and work closely with Planning, Production, Stores/Warehouse, Maintenance, and QFS to ensure the dispensary is always "production-ready".
