A Regulation 18 recognised qualification. Current BCA competency- ideally across residential and commercial categories. Deep understanding of the NZ building consent regulatory framework and local government environment. Proven leadership capability with a genuine passion for developing others. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
