We believe in working as a team to create greatness and are looking for someone who will not be put off by needing to complete some of the more 'ordinary' work but can equally create something innovative.Your role will see you helping others within the business to identify and troubleshoot issues that can arise with computer hardware, smartphones, tablets, printers, networking devices, internet connections, operating systems and application software. You will also be involved with maintaining Intune builds and technical diagnosis, plus remote configuration of Cloud Office365, SharePoint and PABX solutions. This role is based at the Heritage Lifecare Support Office in the heart of Johnsonville with easy access to public transport, ample on-street parking, and many lunch options to choose from. There will be times when you will be required to travel to care homes around the country to provide onsite technical support.
