The Opportunity We’re looking for a Dairy Farm Assistant to join the high-performing team at Renown Dairy. In this role, you’ll assist with a range of farm tasks — from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing. You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day operations and work closely with your team to help meet production and animal welfare goals. You’ll receive full training and support, and we’ll encourage you to take the initiative, develop your skills, and support newer team members along the way. This is a fixed-term role until the end of January 2026. The Farm Renown Dairy Unit is located between Taupō and Rotorua. 1450 cows are milked once a day through a 60-bail rotary shed equipped with advanced technology to monitor and measure performance. The farm spans 640 hectares of varying terrain. About You You’ll bring a willingness to learn, get involved, and contribute to the team’s success.
