The Integration and Delivery team has a clear mission: to provide robust support and continuous improvement to both existing and new applications, spanning clinical and corporate realms. Our focus is on optimising workflow, ensuring systems are responsive, intuitive to use, and easy to access.At the helm of the Integration and Delivery function are the Group Managers, who hold key relationships with internal and external partners. This collaborative approach ensures the alignment of demand and delivery, ultimately resulting in an end-to-end service for all stakeholders. We prioritize the support of Data and Digital systems and services, assisting users through changes related to system implementations and facilitating ongoing use and adoption of technology.Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region.As a member of the Integration and Delivery team, you'll play a crucial part in advancing our commitment to seamless integration, enhanced services, and a holistic approach to digital solutions. Mōu | About youAs the PMO Specialist, you will lead the way in embedding PMO methodology and quality management within Data & Digital project delivery. This means creating defined processes, templates, and standardized execution methods that set the gold standard for projects throughout the organization. Allowing for more than one approach to suit delivery types, this role will provide portfolio visibility, common governance and control functions for the entirety of Data & Digital.You will enhance the level of project and programme management across Data & Digital to ensure the successful implementation of a large and diverse portfolio of projects and programmes.Your expertise won't be kept to yourself! You'll lead the charge in designing and delivering learning and development programs that will raise the bar for project and programme management quality, capability, and awareness. Furthermore, you'll ensure continuous improvement of the project management framework and project management tools while coaching and supporting staff as they adopt to these tools and frameworks.If you're ready to make a lasting impact, then join us on our transformational journey.Preference will be given to applications of significantly affected Kaimahi through the change process Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience 5+ years' experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst or Senior IT Project Manager, with a credible reputation as an influencer in the New Zealand market.Certified and highly skilled in PRINCE 2, PMBOK, Agile or other project management methodologiesExcellent training, presentation and documentation skillsAble to communicate easily with all levels of stakeholdersAdvanced knowledge and experience in business process designKnowledge and experience of stakeholder engagement and managementAbility to discuss and influence senior levels of management within stakeholder organisations.
