Do you thrive on mentoring and inspiring a dedicated team? Our Reggio inspired centre is seeking an exceptional baby and toddler mentor and leader to join our experienced and long-standing team.
About the role:
This is a wonderful opportunity to join our team in a well-established role. Our current mentor is leaving to pursue a new challenge in her career, creating a rare opening. This isn't just a leadership position, it's an opportunity to mentor, actively guiding and supporting our incredible baby and toddlers teachers. You'll work directly with our centre manager, contributing to a collaborative and enriching environment where both children and educators flourish. If you're someone who loves to lead by example, share your expertise and foster a culture of continuous learning, this is the perfect fit for you.
What we're looking for:
A deep understanding and passion for the Reggio philosophy.
Proven experience working with babies and toddlers.
A natural ability to mentor, inspire and support a team of educators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to creating engaging and nurturing learning environments.
