What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the CPO and leading a team of recruitment specialist in NZ and India, you’ll be profoundly important in delivering to the ambitious growth targets. You’ll be leading the strategic direction of talent acquisition and adapting to meet the needs of the global markets as well as hands on delivery of senior level roles. You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage and retain top talent as well as driving excellence in the recruitment practices.
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a seasoned Recruitment Manager with a specialism in technology/IT. Ideally you will have recruited in global markets and be comfortable managing staff in different locations. You’ll have high energy, be both strategic and operational and bring both a best practice and pragmatic approach to your work. You’ll be solutions focused, highly resilient, agile in your approach and be known as a trusted partner who can drive both strategic and tactical hiring decision. You’ll be someone au fait with utilising data and have a sharp eye for identifying trends and areas for improvement.
