The role of the HOLA is: Pedagogical and teacher practice oversight (assessment, planning, student data, etc.)Ensure ongoing collaboration across teams Pastoral care for staff and students in team, incl. L2 discipline Grow leadership capability within the team Embed the Kings Way Collaboration Framework Create an environment where student and staff strengths can flourish Champion the language, vision and values of Kings Way School.
