Technical Delivery Manager Fantastic career opportunity to be part of a highly driven team, running the end-to-end Technical Service Delivery for our managed services across some of our key enterprise customers, ensuring all technical commitments are met.This is a varied operational role, where your day-to-day duties can change depending on what your specific customer requirements are at the time and the maturity of their environment.  Key attributes for the role are: Providing a single of point of contact and escalation for all Operational technical delivery to the customer.Creating, maintaining and actively leading technical and operational virtual teams across Technical Delivery and Support.Managing the engagement of virtual teams and external third parties to meet OLA commitments to the business and SLA commitments to allocated customers.Creating plans to ensure existing and future Availability requirements for Business Services and Technical Services can be provided cost-effectively and align with the Spark and Customer roadmaps.Actively leading technical initiatives or issues both internally and with the customer to improve resilience.Continually improving the customer value proposition through automation, standardisation, simplification, and consolidation where possible.Overseeing the management of assets, alongside the Asset Management team identifying end-of-service and end-of-life equipment requiring action or presenting availability risk to services.Ownership and management of internal and customer risks, to ensure there is visibility and appropriate action of risks across customer and internal teams.Working with ITIL capability leads such as change management, completing impact assessments for change requests, and identifying and managing problems through to resolution.Providing, contributing to, and reviewing specific monthly technical reports for customers.Accountable for the technical knowledge base, working closely with all internal teams to ensure knowledge transfer, article creation, and regular revision. What skills and expertise you need: This role is ideally suited to someone who has a background in network technology such as Local Area Networking (LAN), Wide Area Networking (WAN) and Software Defined WAN (SDWAN) solutions.Experience with Cisco networking solutions and tools (i.e. Cisco DNA Centre) would be preferred. Highly proactive in nature with a can-do attitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to deal with people at different levels of an organisation.Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally.
