You will be an effective classroom practitioner with strong relational skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to be flexible and responsive.
As Team Leader, you will support your team with curriculum delivery, lead collaborative planning, and work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment and shared direction across the school.
An understanding of the refreshed New Zealand Curriculum and culturally responsive practice is essential.
