If you say yes to the above, we are looking for you! We are looking for our new Technology Support Engineer & Implementation Lead to join our fantastic organization. Being in charge of delivering & implementing digital solutions for one of New Zealand's largest medical services providers, no day will be the same.
Tāmaki Health is a strong network of over 40 clinics delivering care through our affiliated general practices, urgent care clinics, specialist centers, and occupational health clinics. Through our clinic brands including Local Doctors and White Cross, we serve New Zealand's communities with the highest standard of GP and Urgent Care.
About the position
The Technology Support Engineer & Implementation Lead is a key player to our organization, your main goal is to deliver, maintain and monitor technology support operations across Tamaki Health's clinics.
The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering and securely operating, maintaining, monitoring, and managing technology support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to Tamaki Health policy, process, and frameworks.
Management of risks and identification of issues, reported on a continual basis to the functional lead, ensuring customer-focused delivery.
Implement tasks allocated by the functional lead
Deliver, operate, and implement digital solutions & troubleshooting
Collaborate with all digital teams and relevant frameworks to provide information on digital site services.
Work with external service providers to securely operate, maintain, monitor, and manage all digital systems and services.
Collate and deliver information to monitor and maintain digital services reports and processes.
You will need to have:
Qualification in information technology, computer science or similar or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated ability to operate and implement digital operations across several geographical locations
Demonstrated experience in working with enabling Infrastructure technologies, Information, Integration and Platform technologies, including resilience technology solutions and frameworks
Ability to communicate complex technical problems effectively and concisely in language and concepts customers can understand.
Ability to problem-solve difficult issues to arrive at a technical solution that meets the business needs.
Knowledge of delivery, implementation, and operation of new digital solutions.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Information Technology
Minimum 3 years' experience in delivery, implementation, and operation of technology services.
Knowledge in Citrix & Microsoft 365 troubleshooting will be advantageous.
Someone who is committed to the principles of health equity and cultural competency and who is able to demonstrate an understanding of Māori tikanga and kawa and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
