Builds positive relationships with tamariki and whānau
Creates a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
Has strong knowledge of early literacy and numeracy foundations
Works collaboratively as part of a team
Brings enthusiasm, flexibility, and a growth mindset Qualifications
New entrant teaching certification
Experience or demonstrated ability to teach early years education
