About the Role

Reporting into the Digital Experience Manager, Digital Experience Technical Specialists are responsible for delivering and maintaining Microsoft 365 Products to our customers. It will be advantageous to have experience configuring and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace ONE and Citrix.

We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in developing their current skills while getting on the job experience all while delivering exceptional service to our customers. 

What you will bring to the role:

Professional technical domain knowledge in one or more end user compute technologies -  Microsoft 365 Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune,  Citrix Technologies,  VMware Workspace ONE and VMware Horizon View.
Experience in building strategic partnerships with clients.
Experience and proven ability to deliver outcomes that are aligned to our business and IT goals.
Proactive management of customer journeys
Experience over multiple platforms and technologies.
Strong proven technical acumen
Experience building initiatives for engagement by the business.

This role will work closely between all the teams in the Digital Experience space, whilst having the ability to flex their skills across a broad range of clients and technologies.
