Te Kura Whaiora Ki Te Tonga/The Southern Health School (SHS) teaches ākonga whose health prevents them from attending their regular school. We seek to appoint a Kaiwhakatere Māori to support us in removing barriers to access to our kura by:

building and strengthening relationships and communication between key Māori partners and SHS
providing expert cultural advice to the Senior Leadership Team and our Kahui Whakaihuwaka
providing advice that supports the school's ability to enable ākonga Māori to succeed as Māori
