The role/Te mahi As the key visionary behind our university-wide Information Systems, you'll guide a transformative journey, leading the charge in product management, applications development, business analysis, and top-tier support services. Your strategic acumen will shine as you manage resources across the entire systems lifecycle, ensuring optimal, innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective operations. From planning to decommission, you will ensure resilience, accessibility, security, and adaptability to meet evolving University needs. The key aspect of this role involves working with a range of stakeholders and personalities across the wider organisation. In addition, you will bring to the table 5+ years of experience leading large IT teams in a medium-sized or complex organisation. Demonstrated ability in applying technology solutions to business problems and experience with program and portfolio delivery are crucial. You will be adept at driving and managing projects and activities across multiple streams, ensuring the realization of benefits against investment.
