Grow and develop integrated programmes that are inclusive and follow the kaupapa of ALEC (Authentic, Local and Engaging curriculum) Work collaboratively with teacher aides and staff through the process of transition into and out of school. Liaise with local support agencies, ACC, Mo E, and community to develop pathways Lead and facilitate teaching and planning for students with special education needs (including ORS funded students).
