We are reshaping the PCS function to support our newly embedded Science structure. We care about providing a great place for our people to work and endeavour to attract and retain the best people.

About the role:

You will work alongside a team of HR professionals, assisting in delivering a range of HR services including generalist advice on people policy and frameworks, employee relations, organisational development, and change management.

About you:

You will be a self-starter with an eye for detail and good organisational skills to balance competing priorities. Additionally, you will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and creativity to quickly establish rapport and build lasting relationships. You will have the confidence and capability to operate at all levels across the organisation; plus have a minimum of 3 - 5 years' working experience in a partnering role. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are also desirable.
