We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Functional Consultant to join our team and support the global implementation of Microsoft D365 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

A successful candidate will be working together with our internal D365 Support Team and external support partners on a variety of interesting projects, learning the systems, participating in user support, system updates and administration.

Job Description: As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will be stepping into an exciting role where you will learn and grow while contributing to real-world projects.

We do not expect you to know everything from day one - what matters the most if your enthusiasm and problem-solving mindset.

You will be part of our internal D365 Fin Ops Support Team, working on the implementation of Microsoft D365 Enterprise Asset Management and Supply Chain Management solutions.

Do not worry if these terms sound complex - we will provide comprehensive training and support to help you understand these systems.

Key Responsibilities: Learn our systems and processes through structured training programs.

Shadow experienced team members in stakeholder meetings.

Assist with documenting business processes and requirements.

Help provide user support with guidance from senior team members.

Participate in system testing and validation.

Contribute to documentation and training materials.

Work closely with the internal D365 Support Team and our external support partners.

Manage support issues escalated to our external support partners.

Assist with user access setup & review.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field.

Enthusiasm in technology and eagerness to learn.

Basic understanding of D365 Enterprise Asset Management and Supply Chain Management is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
