The Digital Engineering Team within the Transport Division of Downer are looking for a Digital Engineering Coordinator to join the team based in Auckland or Wellington with occasional requirements to work in different locations.This is a small but highly capable team with specialists in the fields of CAD, BIM, GIS and automation looking to add value to a diverse group of digital projects predominantly within the Auckland and Wellington regions.With access to a wide range of digital tools and subject matter experts across the business there is a real opportunity to learn about new emerging technology and to help transform towards smarter ways of working in the future.The role is primarily focused around working with a team of Digital Engineering Professionals to deliver solutions on digital projects where our clients are hungry for innovation. About You: We are looking for a hardworking, team player who takes pride in delivering quality work and is committed to placing health & safety above all else.You will need:A genuine enthusiasm for innovation and working smarterAbility to build strong relationships and collaborate with multiple teamsStrong communication, time management skills and initiativeAbility to learn new tools and ways of working Qualifications and Skills 5 + years experience in 3D modelling using either 3D civil or 12d and Autodesk CAD.Understanding of design coordination and BIM processes.Previous experience in using Navisworks, Revizto or similar coordination tools.Have a BE qualification or Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar is an advantage.
