We have a small Y0-1 junior class. Starting with about 14 students and growing to about 20.
We use BSLA as the structured literacy approach and Maths No Problem for the Maths.
Being adaptable, open to laughing and supporting your colleagues is a requirement. The willingness to learn and make mistakes, outweighs having the knowledge in most instances.
The shortlisted people will have a NZ Teacher's registration and a valid work permit already.
