Our Lady of Kāpiti School, a growing Y0–8 state integrated Catholic primary school in Paraparaumu, is seeking a dedicated junior (Y0–3) team leader and teacher to join us in 2025.
At Our Lady of Kāpiti School, we live our faith daily. Our junior team is a group of energetic, committed, and passionate educators looking for a leader to guide and mentor their professional growth both individually and collectively.
The successful candidate will also be a highly skilled classroom practitioner who is an effective communicator and collaborator, with a strong commitment to improving student outcomes. They will be experienced in Structured Literacy and will need to contribute to the continued schoolwide development of this programme.
As a junior team leader, the successful candidate will also be part of the school's leadership team, working to embody our school values and empower our ākonga through Catholic education and faith.
