Responsibilities
• Manage the product backlog and oversee product development
• Determine the overall vision of the product
• Track key performance indicators for products
• Manage the delivery of maintenance/sustainment, break/fix, and enhancements
• Provide day-to-day delivery leadership to the product team
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and the development team
• Ensure the product backlog is aligned with business goals and objectives
• Work with the development team to define user stories, estimate, and plan for sprints
• Participate in sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the product team
Requirements
• Technical understanding or appreciation for applications
• Experience managing application development within highly integrated applications
• Experience leading teams with internal and external resources
• Experience in product development or a related field
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with software development tools and technologies
