We manufacture and supply pipeline systems for a diverse range of applications covering water supply, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, rural, energy, communications, and industrial sectors. Iplex has manufacturing facilities throughout NZ, enabling high service levels to our customers and dedicated markets.
About The Role As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales in our Civil and Energy segments and represent Iplex within the Palmerston North to Wellington region. Your responsibilities include developing and executing plans to maximize sales and market share, while ensuring exceptional customer service:

Partnering with core merchants to provide seamless end-to-end service from securing the business through to delivery.
Achieving sales budgets and plans, including pricing negotiations, order management, contract renewals, and promotions.
Delivering product training presentations and merchandising resources to support channel partners.
Understanding market dynamics and identifying opportunities for sales growth with current and new partners.

About You We’re seeking a sales professional who can become a trusted business partner, understands our clients, and provides practical solutions that add value. You should have sales and technical expertise, and demonstrate a visible passion for your work through:

Excellent relationship management, customer service, and people skills.
Sales and revenue management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Proven influencing and negotiating skills focused on communicating value and meeting customer needs.
Business acumen with proficiency in planning, forecasting, pricing strategies, key account management, and CRM tools.
Experience in the civil and/or energy sector is preferred.
