Your Role As our Workplace Relocation Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our commercial relocations, overseeing teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing workplace relocation teams to ensure timely and efficient moves. Planning and executing relocation projects while minimising disruptions for clients. Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs. Coordinating transport, packing, and setup logistics for office moves. Upholding health and safety standards throughout all relocation processes. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in workplace or commercial relocations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. Knowledge of workplace logistics and health & safety regulations. Flexibility to travel to all areas of New Zealand to lead our projects. Class 1 drivers license required, Class 2 an advantage.
