ATT employs apprentices in the Plumbing, Gasfitting, Drainlaying and Electrical sectors. We operate nationwide and provide apprentices with the opportunity to train toward completing trade qualifications in these industries, through the relationships we hold with Host Businesses and the Industry Training Organisation.
What you will be doing
We have an exciting opportunity for a savvy, energetic Sales Hunter who will be responsible for developing new business by calling on new and existing host employers to promote ATT apprentices.
You'll work in partnership with the Account Managers by identifying and helping close new business opportunities.
You will have the:
Insight to know what business owners want when it comes to employing an apprentice
Confidence to be in front of potential hosts and able to talk to them with real commercial understanding about how an apprentice can add value to their business
A passionate and highly motivated individual
Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail; innovative problem-solving skills to add value to our hosts
Results-driven with an excellent work ethic
A proven track record in sales and client management; customer-focused and goal-orientated
Experience in managing CRM pipeline and accurate sales forecasting
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a focus on outcomes
Proven accountability and ability to deliver in an autonomous role
Trade experience or exposure preferred but not essential
Clean driver's licence and criminal record
Ability to travel when required
