The role requires a wide range of skills: Social skills - for entertaining backpackers with great stories, jokes, games, excursions, and nights out. Organisation - You will be an 'on-road travel agent' for Kiwi Experience, organising passengers' accommodation and activities. Sales - Definitely helpful to boost your income. Energy and a genuine care for others to have a good time help. Driving - Safe driving is paramount to getting around the best scenery and outdoors lifestyle NZ has to offer. About You We are looking for great people that just happen to be able to drive the Big Green Bus around beautiful New Zealand. If you love New Zealand, are outgoing, highly motivated, entertaining, and have awesome communication skills, then we want you to join our Whanau. You will ideally have or be able to obtain a current Class 2 and/or 4 licenses and a 'P' endorsement. Tourism and driving experience are recommended but not a requirement with the right applicant.
