As a Clinical Education Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in equipping healthcare professionals with the skills and confidence to use market-leading orthopaedic and fracture management products effectively, specialising in casting.
You'll deliver engaging education, drive product adoption, and collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance clinical outcomes and customer engagement.
This role is predominantly focused in Auckland, and also open to applicants in Hamilton.
This is a part-time position 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Reporting To The NZ Country Manager You Will Deliver professional, interactive in-service training sessions to healthcare institutions Provide expert clinical guidance and technical support on product use and best practice Partner with the sales team to identify education needs and support product adoption Maintain accurate records of training activities and customer engagement Manage time and territory efficiently to maximise educational reach Act as a regional subject-matter expert on casting and fracture management solutions What You Will Bring Clinical background or qualifications in orthopaedics or wound care Proven education experience in the healthcare or medical industry Practical expertise in casting and fracture management Excellent communication and facilitation skills A collaborative, team-focused mindset Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle Flexibility to travel nationally (approx.
