We are a team of teams who live within and reflect the communities we serve.We are responsible for designing community-based systems of care, agreeing health and wellbeing plans, executing those plans, and monitoring outcomes which then feed into the design process. We work in partnership with our Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Whai Ora colleagues to shape system-wide public health services across the motu.The Principal Advisor, Regional Integration Team is a senior thought leader within the RIT team and is responsible for the development of high quality and timely reports, analysts, and engagement across RIT members to deliver the RIT work programme. The Regional Integration Teams will work together to ensure horizontal integration across the four regions in their RIT programmes and deliver a nationally consistent regional work programme.This role is based in the Northern Region, which is made up of Northland, Waitemata, Auckland and Counties Manukau. You will need to be based in the region with the ability to travel around the region as needed. Your location can be discussed at interview stage.Demonstrated experience in managing a range of competing programme priorities using programme management methodologies.Experience driving & delivery of work programmes and project planning to ensure delivery of work on time, and within budget.Experience ensuring sound governance of the programme and best practice underpinning priorities and deliverables.Demonstrated experience at a leadership level for developing, maintaining and influencing relationships and partnerships across sectors and organisations including with Maori and Pacific Peoples and groups.Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and anticipate the impact of decisions on long-term outcomes, and develop/recommend responses in consultation with key stakeholders.The ability to compellingly communicate complex information and ideas in both oral and written communication to a range of audiences including senior management, Board and Ministers.The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships at a senior level.Nau mai, uru mai | Come and join usWhen you join us, you become part of transforming the health system.
