This business takes all the hassle and personal admin out of booking customer’s local, and/or international rental car, or motorhome. A super customer friendly on-line booking platform does all the hard work, giving the customer plenty of vehicle and price point options and comparisons to suit their individual needs. This role: As Senior Product Designer, you’ll be creating and optimising customer journeys and touchpoints Lead discovery work through to execution Gather research insights upfront from customers and other data sources - effective UX design without research is near impossible! Deliver effortless customer experiences across channels and touchpoints Be part of the agile team and work collaboratively with in-house Developers and UI Designers Manages independent piece of work, or in a supporting pair Help contribute to others work through design reviews and informal mentoring About you: Experience in the travel, tourism, or service sector, and/or primarily an eCommerce-driven business Experience in designing customer digital design journeys from scratch A passion for user-centred design and being the champion & ‘voice of the customer’ Experience in carrying out direct customer research and using insights to understand opportunities and pitfalls The ability to conceptualise and create brand-consistent, user-friendly, accessible products & service designs Understanding of atomic design principles and experience working with a design system With the best team culture, there are lots of employee benefits.
