Full-Time Head Chef Role:
Managing a small kitchen team.
Writing and executing 4 menus a year, seasonally changing.
Kitchen rosters and managing staff leave.
Operating back of house systems and health and safety logs.
What our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
A good knowledge of food costings.
The ability to work professionally with a team.
Part-Time Sous Chef Role:
Supporting the head chef through weekends.
Working solo one day a week.
What our ideal candidate will have:
Willingness to learn and perform in the industry.
Experience in cooking, either through work or school.
Professionalism in the workplace.
