About the Role This is more than just a coordination job—it’s about education, empowerment, and connection. You'll meet families in their homes, help them improve their living conditions, and connect them with the support they need. You’ll: Build trusting relationships with families and whānau Complete housing assessments and co-design action plans Educate families on how to manage their whare for better health outcomes Connect them with practical support: insulation, curtains, beds, heating, ventilation, and more Liaise with agencies like Work and Income, landlords, and health providers Track progress and report on outcomes What You Bring: You’re empathetic, practical, and love working with people. You're a natural communicator who connects easily with whānau from all walks of life.
