About the role
We are seeking two Validation Engineers to join our team. This key role ensures our systems and processes meet the highest quality standards across the business.
You will support site projects, including new manufacturing facilities or modifications to existing facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and implement Validation Master Plans (VMP) for each facility (e.g., Blending, Canning, Dryer).
Develop, execute, and maintain validation documentation such as IQ, OQ, and PQ for equipment, processes, cleaning, and systems.
Evaluate test data to determine if systems or processes meet validation criteria.
Provide progress reports on validation activities against the VMP.
Prepare validation reports for all executed validation protocols.
Develop and maintain validation documentation to ensure GMP compliance of manufacturing facilities, systems, and utilities.
Develop, implement, and improve validation procedures to meet contractual, customer, and regulatory GMP standards.
Manage validation documents throughout the validation lifecycle.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely validation activities that meet quality standards.
Skills and Experience
Strong practical knowledge of validation processes.
A degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in dairy, preferably in infant formula or similar regulated industries.
Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems.
Understanding of NZ Infant Formula Notice is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
