Opportunity This role is based in our Hamilton office and will support work in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region.

About You Responsibilities Support Valuers & Managers: Assist the team in maintaining high productivity and smooth office operations.
Carry out site inspections for new improvements, subdivisions, and objection cases.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Administrative duties: Handle clerical tasks like inputting sales data, searching development applications, and more.
Data management: Ensure accurate data input, including sales analysis and supplementary documentation.
Health & safety: Lead by example, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Skills & Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time‐management skills.
Problem‐solving ability and great communication skills.
A positive, flexible attitude, and a strong sense of motivation.
Previous experience in office administration or the property industry is a plus, but not essential.
Flexible, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
