Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for this 'Independent Living' village, which has a vibrant resident community. As a natural leader with a passion for the industry, you will thrive in this environment. Ultimately, you will be responsible for all aspects of the village including strategic planning, service delivery, asset and financial management, ensuring our village remains lively and ready for the future. The residents are always at the heart of what we do, so your customer-focused, engaging, energetic, and resilient manner will ensure you are the go-to person for our residents, their families, and our friendly staff.
